Brian Kopp’s Alliance Leveling Guide Reviewed

Brian Kopp… Who is he? And what’s so great about his fast leveling guide?

Lets start at the beginning, shall we?

Brian has been around for a long time now. He started out years ago when he created a free leveling guide that he distributed on his webpage www.marsgamer.com. Brian says he was sick of seeing old Blizzard guides out there that weren’t up to the standards he was after, so he went about making his own.

Apparently somewhere along the line there he got in trouble with Blizzard (maybe for once the line “the guide Blizzard doesn’t want you to know about” isn’t just some corny sales line??), but his guide is out there now for all to see – and has become very popular.

In case you’re wondering, I should point out that there is absolutely nothing dodgy about Brian’s guide. Perhaps its pushing the envelope of gaming guides, but Brian guarantees all the tactics and tips are 100% legit, and won’t get you banned by Blizzard. In fact if it DID breach any of Blizzard’s rules, the page would go down… FAST.

So hopefully that rests your mind a little – because Brian’s guide is great for anyone who hates the grind.

Just reading through his website at www.briankopp.com is enough to understand that – he really gets that people don’t want to kill thousands of wolves, bunnies or rats to get to level 70. He understands that people want to play World of Warcraft, and enjoy themselves while they do it.

In other words, he likes to power level and keep all the enjoyment you get when you play “just for fun”!

I can respect that. No one wants to sacrifice fun just to level quicker, right? Its sorta like the old saying, “its not the destination but the journey”. Not too many gamers get that – but I think Brian does.

Brian is also into my favorite little tool – the map mod. He understands too that no one wants to alt tab out of the game world, just to try & line up coordinates & all that boring stuff. POINT & SHOOT is what a good guide should let you do. Its simple & quick, so you don’t have to hunt around in those websites looking for quest info.

So to sum up, who’s going to like Brian’s guide?

  • Alliance players only!! No horde guide available (though Brian seems to like Joana’s Horde guide).
  • People who are keen to level up AND have fun while they’re doing it (no grinders here)
  • People who want to level as fast as possible without leaving the game every five minutes (go the map mod!)
  • People who want a free trial of the guide they’re gonna buy! That’s right…

If you’d like to get a FIRST HAND idea of how good Brian’s stuff is, you can even sign up to get his free level 1 to 20 guide, complete with the very same mod he uses in the rest of his guide.

I don’t know of ANYONE else giving away an entire 20 levels worth of guide, just to show you how good their stuff is. That’s called being confident in your product. Try before you buy is great – and you can even get it with a leveling guide if you go with Brian.

Horde Leveling

Horde leveling. Its the best kinda leveling, cos its Horde, right?! I hate those Alliance goodie two shoes… they really don’t deserve to claim the same space as us Horde guys.

In fact, the only thing Alliance are good for is for practicing our pvp skills on! After all, without them, who are we gonna fight?

So whats the best way to take it to the Alliance, Horde style? In big PVP battles, of course. Now as you might know, the first battlegrounds open up pretty early – around level 10 or so- but the really exciting, interesting battleground opens up past level 50… as you may know, its called Alterac Valley.

How do you get to the cream of the World of Warcraft experience? How to you get there & really show the Alliance who’s boss? The best way is to get there armed to the teeth with good gear. If you’re anything but the rankest of rank newbies, you’ll know gear sets one character apart from the other, even more so than level in some cases.

So, while we’re obviously keen to get leveling fast to get to those battlegrounds (not to mention big raids!!), sometimes it can be slow going, or we get there without the gear we need to totally dominate every single game.

So what am I recommending here?

First, forget about just using your stock standard level guide that doesn’t include a map mod. I’ve talked about those before, but really, without a map mod you’re spending too much time & fiddling around alt tabbing in and out of the game. What a totally unnecessary pain.

Second, once you choose a good leveling guide (like iDemise, or Brian Kopp and Joanna for Horde only), get yourself a good gold guide, too. The thing about leveling quick is that while you’re speeding up the levels, you’re not spending any time equipping yourself & playing the markets (at the Auction House).

So do yourself a favor. Get a good gold guide (iDemise just released a goody), and get a good leveling guide. At the end of the day, you’ll actually SAVE yourself cash, and not to mention a far more valuable resource… TIME! How? Because over a year you’ll EASILY save yourself a few months of game time if you work a leveling guide hard!

But don’t take my word for it. Have a read of all my fast wow leveling guides that I recommend, and let iDemise tell you about what they have in store for you. You’ll be impressed, I’m sure.

iDemise Gold Guide for World of Warcraft

What’s could be worse than leveling slowly? I’ll tell you – its leveling slowly when you KNOW that if you just had some decent equipment, you could cut your down time in half, and get back on the leveling bullet train.

The worst thing about some power leveling and speed leveling guides is that you’re never told about how to make the gold. And of course, without gold, you’ve got no good equipment. Because you’re spending so little time leveling, you’re not accumulating all the loot you were when you were grinding it out!

So while it might seem I’m a bit off topic from my usual power leveling and fast leveling talk,  I’m not… I’m just speaking about another tool you can use to speed up your leveling rate. This tool is gold. Gold buys better gear. Better gear kills bad guys quicker, which means you get your character to where you want it to be faster.

My favorite provider of leveling guides, iDemise, has recently come out with their very own gold guide. These guys at iDemise are the real deal. Like I’ve told you in the past, they’re professional gamers, and make their living from it – so you can be assured their stuff is good.

The other thing I like about iDemise is that they have a members section so you can get 1 on 1 interaction with them – as well as with your peers who are also looking to find the absolute fastest way to level on the net.

Check out iDemise’s Gold Guide for yourself, anyway!

Here’s just a summary in case you’re not keen to read a sales page.

  • Which quests are worth completing for gold? And which ones should I avoid?
  • Which materials sell for the most gold in the world
  • Learn how ANY profession can be turned into a gold making machine
  • Auction House tricks and tips that can earn you hundreds of gold a day
  • Guaranteed legit, you won’t lose your account doing anything illegal
  • Fully updated for the burning crusade
  • Little known tips on using multiple accounts to multiply your gold
  • … and apparently, much more!

Fastest WoW Guide Keeps You Up With Friends

Some of us gamers actually have lives, right?

We have social lives, family lives, work lives… They’re lives we desperately want to keep, but man, we just love to play World of Warcraft!

I know sometimes we just don’t know how to do that while keeping up appearances with friends or family, or, we place our friends and family priorities above our gaming enjoyment… but hey, its hard to find the time to play enough World of Warcraft to reach the more interesting heights of the game, right? I hear ya.

We all know the stereotype of WoW players… Little kids that go to school (sometimes) and play WoW the other 23 hours of the day. It’s like they’re unstoppable leveling machines needing only twinkies to survive.

But we can’t get our gaming boots on that often… we love the game and all, but how on earth do you find the time to play AND actually “make it” as a World of Warcraft super hero? I tell ya, I was pretty sick of killing the same old stuff and never getting anywhere after being in the game for months.

If you’re like me you may actually want to get into the meat of the game. You want to get out into raid territory and nail some good stuff. Stuff that drops high quality blues & purples. I know there’s plenty of players amongst us sighing in desperation over how long it’s gonna take to grind through the rabbit-bashing boredom. Its kinda frustrating, I know.

Or maybe like me you have a few friends who play WoW, but they get a little more “WoWing” time than you do… Time enough to get 2 or 3 levels above you, and by that time you’re pretty much done. You’re out. The level gap is too large and you can’t play with them anymore. You might have mates good enough to “lower themselves” back to your level to help you out, but it never quite works out, does it? You miss a week or so and your buddy thinks, “I could wait for my friend, but I’ve got some free time, I’m playin!!”

I don’t blame them, my friends and I used to have that problem all the time. It ended up almost ruining the game for us until we found out about being able to level faster with power leveling techniques…

Wouldn’t you love to be able to get an hour of World of Warcraft in, and then NOT have to feel pissed that you’ve got to stop playing? Wouldn’t it be great having no regrets about having to stop, because the session you just finished was more like a leap towards next level, rather than a limp?

Wouldn’t you love to be able to excuse yourself from your girlfriend or boyfriend for an hour, and then not have that hour turn into 4 hours as you “just try and make it up to your friend’s level”? I don’t want to try and make you feel bad about this, I mean, a great part of the appeal of World of Warcraft is socializing with your friends online. But we still feel bad because we neglect other parts of our lives more deserving (not that our fun and relaxation time playing games isn’t important!).

Well, as I alluded to before, there are a bunch of ways you CAN play World of Warcraft and have a life, too.

Thankfully (and strangely if you ask me!), we have a great community of fast leveling junkies called “power levelers” and “speed levelers” who play the game inside out and back to front to find the very fastest way to get your guy (or gal) to the highest level in the game, in the shortest time humanly possible. Emulate these speed-freaks and instead of groaning about killing off your 522nd “Savage Bear”, you and your friends might find yourselves enjoying end-game monsters and hoarding blues & purps!

Because I personally know how frustrating, slow and time wasting World of Warcraft can be, I’ve put together a guide to help you choose from a small list of the best known power leveling guides, with a note about the strengths & weaknesses of each so you can decide for yourself which is best for you…

Have a quick look below at the range of guides and choose whatever you feel suits you best, and remember, some of the guides may be a bit “hyped up”, but the value in them is unquestionable – level the fastest you ever have, and keep up with your friends… reach the higher levels perhaps months faster than you would have otherwise.

Good luck, I hope you find a guide that lets you level your World of Warcraft character quickly, AND gives you more time for your life “outside”…  it IS possible!

When I’m playing my Horde Warlock, I go with Joana… if I’m playing any of my Alliance characters, I’m going with Zygor. Though Zygor’s guide might be a little easier to use, its hard to pass up taking the exact same leveling path that won Joana the Blizzard speed leveling competition.

Fast WoW Leveling

Fast WoW Leveling – that’s the dream, right?

World of Warcraft without the wait. That’d be nice… Well, fast WoW leveling doesn’t have to be hard work, involving a million alt-tabs to check on the guide you’re using.

That’s a royal P. in the A. and I think we can all do without it…

I mean… how fast is it if you have to keep alt-tabbing to check your guide, right? So instead, if you want to be able to play without needing to alt tab to check your guide all night, try the following guides which don’t need you to keep leaving the game to use them…

They each have a built in “map mod” (which is real easy to use), which lets you use the guide from inside the game.

If you want fast, easy, no hassle level guides, these 2 seem to be the pick on the net at the moment. I’ve also used both myself, and my favorite would have to be Zygor’s guide.

You can try:

  1. John “Zygor” Cook’s Alliance and Horde Leveling Guide
  2. Joana’s Horde Leveling Guide

Of those Zygor’s guide sneaks in as the fastest and easiest to use, but my own use of Joana’s guide makes me suspect his routes are possibly faster still. Only thing is Joana’s guide is Horde only, and not quite as easy to use as Zygor’s.

In case you’re wondering, both guides guarantee you’ll level faster than ever – so you get your cash back if you change your mind.

Take it easy,
Jon
